Return and Refund

At The Innovate Store, we are committed to providing high-quality home decor, home improvement, kitchen appliances, and special seasonal products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we are here to help make returns and refunds as seamless as possible. Our goal is to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and stress-free.

We offer a hassle-free 1-2-day return policy for eligible products. Additionally, we provide free shipping and the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders, ensuring you have multiple payment options. Our return and refund policy is designed with transparency and customer satisfaction in mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 1-2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Any item that has been used, damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
  • The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original method of payment or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you for bank details to process your refund via direct bank transfer.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account).

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases where the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error.

Free Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. However, for returns, the shipping cost to send the product back to us is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • In case of a damaged or defective product, return shipping costs will be fully covered by The Innovate Store.
  • For non-defective returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us                     theinnovatestore1@gmail.com with the subject line “Exchange Request” and provide details of the issue. We will arrange the pickup and exchange as per the return policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will not be processed automatically to the payment method, as no online payment was made. Instead, you will be required to provide your bank details for us to process the refund via NEFT or UPI transfer.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at theinnovatestore1@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
